not for the high lighting clams. depending on the tank depth you may be able to keep a Derasa or Squamosa

how deep is your tank and how many bulbs have you got? , are ypur params stable ? theres a lot more to it than just light

derasas and squamosas stay fine under vho and pc lighting but for the long term try using metal halides and this will sustain their vibrancy, halides are expensive but if u have the resources they will b worth it.

You could try a crocea or maxima if your getting ~180-200 PAR where your clam would be...more than likely with PC your gonna be getting less than 100, in that case the answer is certainly no and you should stick with the lower lighting clams.
