Peaceful fish

I am starting a 10g reef tank and I want to start making a livestock list. I want a shrimp, inverts and a pair of clowns. Can you list/ what other fish are PEACEFUL and will fit well in my tank

Agreed. Also, depending on the clowns, 10 gallons isn't a lot of room to accommodate the clownfish's territoriality. A lot of peaceful fish might get seriously bullied in such a small tank.

I wouldn't (and haven't) put more than one fish in a 10 gallon. Maybe 2 very small (that STAY small) would be the limit.

I wouldn't put more than 1 ocellaris or percula clown in a 10g. That's it for fish as well. You could try a tail spot blenny, yellow clown goby or other things like that. Do searches and read about the smaller fish.

You could also do a candy cane shrimp with a symbiotic goby. I had a yasha haze goby with one.

IMO, if you can go bigger from the beginning do so. If not, you'll be regretting it. I started out w/a 29g. Now I have a 40b and a 150g waiting to be set up.

If you start with a pair of juvi Ocellaris clowns, and no more fish you may be OK. As others have said, this is a very small tank and you have no room for error when it comes to water conditions, etc.
