pentair aquatics

I hope you have better luck with Pentair than I've had. I emailed them on 11/5. They did email back telling me my new warranty pump was being processed that same day. I waited 2 weeks no word......so I emailed again still nothing. Yesterday (11/27) I called the 800# only to be told that they don't even have the pump in and were waiting on production.........long story short .....I called DrsFosters&Smith where I purchased the pump and they were given a different date of when to expect replacements........Pentair now says I shouldn't expect my warranty replacement until mid to late December. They told DrsFoster&Smith they would be back in stock on 12/3. I guess the priority is all about selling the new before replacing the faulty products.
I'm not very happy with Pentair's customer service or PRODUCT and while I've never had a problem with DrsFoster&Smith before, they're working on being put on my list........we all know what list that is. Heh.
