I've got equipment and frags for BAYMAC lined up. Now it's time to see who is actually going to help man our booth.

I am driving my car with our displays, equipment and frags. I will have room up front for one passenger if someone is interested. At the moment I plan to leave at 7:30am to be there by 9:am to be setup by 10am.

Who else is going?

hey guys sorry i have been MIA the last few weeks, my other hobbies have been taking time...back on reef track.

I'll be going to the show with GF i'm stopping in SF at the botanical gardens on the way down and then academy of science star show on the way back so I can take equipment cause i will be there when it opens at 10:30 but I don't want to feel like i am dragging anyone to extra spots. So i may have to skip on giving ppl rides.

So Ken if you need me to carry stuff down i can help you out with my truck or if you need help setting up in the morning. I have 35 and 45 gallon trash cans on dollies if we need. I can get there at 10am if you need help...but i do like sleep on the weekends.

As for corals I did get a lot of stuff from Jeff and owe the club a few from things i have won, my tank is not growing fast but it is getting better with improved water, less feeding and more flow.

I have some trumpet coral i can bring...3-4 heads? some radio active dragon eyes 10 heads on a half frag plug.....i don't think anyone wants a Kenya tree? My BTA did split this last week but i think it may be hard to get one off without foot damage.

Also free cheto for who ever wants it...i don't know if you guys think it will sell? I'll bring a gallon size to the meeting tom along with some corals.

Jake i think you said you wanted more cheto?

Oh Ken also i have a bunch of coral bags i can give you guys but i don't have any rubber bands. I'll bring them to the meeting.

Thanks Shane. At the moment I expect to be able to get all the gear in my vehicle.

So no one else is going? I'm going to be manning the booth by myself to raise funds for our club?

Ken I wish I could go. I was really lookin forward to it. But I have to start dealing with moving. Come on guys no else is going to go? Ken if you end up being the only one at the booth thank you very much!

I have to work. We are releasing 08 SBL and 06 MER and club members get to meet the winemaker, me, so I have to be there.

Heh heh heh. Tempting Chris, but the club needs the funds and BAYMAC is hoping for a small donation back. If there are net profits I will probably deduct gas money but that's it. The quality of future raffle items depends on this event.

Good luck with your new releases! That's exciting. For whom do you blend grape squeezings?

Ken i can be at the booth for a while but your gonna have to tell me what each coral sells for....I'll do it for an hour or two, at least that will give you a break.

If you don't need any help in the morning I’ll get to the show at 12 and an work till 2 if that sounds good to you? Then you can have a lunch break. Just tell me tonight what 2 hours you want me to work but I prefer to be done by two to be able to get back to SF for a dinner and star show. Maybe we will sell out by then and I can help you break down the booth....just trying to be optimistic!

so whatever is left over is for Ken and I right! ahha j/k =)

12-2 sounds great if that works for you. I shouldn't need 2 hours to eat, but BAYMAC is asking for someone from each club to sell raffle tickets for one hour, so maybe I'll take my turn there while you're at the booth.

The frag rack would be nice to have for the show. That should guarantee that all our frags will fit in the two small tanks I'm bringing.
