Pepermint shrimp picking on coral

I have a peppermint shrimp that has pulled a lot of tissue from a Disc coral. This is the second time that this has happened. The first time was about a month ago. The coral completely recovered and was looking great then last night when I got home I saw that it had happened again.
How can I prevent this in the future? Why did this happen?
Anybody have this happen to them?

No this is not a camel .... the first time it happened I was leaving for work, tank lights still out, I was checking water level in sump when I saw it on top of the coral pulling off tissue....I scared it off but it was back as soon as I took my hand out of the tank.

well i would toss it in sump or in the toilet, i can't have peppermint or cleaner shrimps cause my coral banded shrimp will kill em. plus when i did have some they kept stealing food from anenomes and was a pain. so now i have a cleaner wrasse to clean fish instead of cleaner shrimp.

I've got two peppermint's and a cleaner, only the larger of the peppermint's is the problem.....I'll try to get it out of the tank...
