Peppemint shrimp and goby pair

Two weeks ago, I bought a yellow watchman goby. I wanted to get a pistol shrimp with him, but the lfs didn't have any. So last weekend my order of two peppermint shrimp came in. I had been waiting for them, since my battle with aiptasia was going nowhere (the aiptasia where not responding at all to Joe's Juice). At first I didn't think anything of my goby hanging out with one pep since I've never heard of them ever pairing up. Has anyone heard/experienced a pep shrimp and a goby pairing up? It has been about one week now. Here is a blurry photo of them.

I have both in my tank, but the pep just stays high up in the rockwork and never gives the poor ywg the time of day. You clearly have a nice-mannered shrimp.

I have a yellow watchman goby and a bar goby that live in the same cave as two peppermint shrimp, the four of them rarely ever come out.
