Peppermint angelfish

Just curious if anybody on the forums has one of these crazy expensive fish, i heard one was sold on liveaquaria last year for $25,000 and was the first one imported in the u.s. in 15 years.

That is false. LiveAquaria has never had this fish available for sale. It has also never been sold in the United States online. HTH.

I don't think you struck a cord, but just that Eric was setting the record straight This hobby is full of rumors.

No cord, this comes up often as it's an incredible fish Some individuals looked into making this happen in the past year.

If it would have gone through, I'm sure LA would have been on the short list to receive one.

Directsealife did not actually have one for sale. They were registering preinterest to collect some. The only one I know is one in Japan.
