i just looked into my tank a few minutes ago and noticed one of the peppermints and it looks like he/she has eggs under her abdomin.its tail is not sticking out towards the rear, its almost tucked 1/2 under her body.i know when i bought the shrimp none looked like this one does.
1)can i remove him/her and put in a "nursery"?
2)do i provide a slip thru trough so to let the eggs fall away from the parent?
3)do the parents need to "rear" the young?
im in the process of setting up a coral propagation system in the garage(AC'd of course) so i have the ability to use a 10gal thats not being used to dedicate to the eggs.
ill be in front of my computer all day so any advice would be greatly appreciated
