Perc Clown problem?

I've had this small clown for 6 months now, it hangs around the blue green chromis all the time.

Today the clown is losing its white, it solid white stripes are losing colour..
Whats wrogn with it?? I haven't changed anything and the water parameter are same as always.

any suggestions?

it eats everyday, mixed marine pellets from spectrum
