Perc Clown with White dot

Here is a video, the larger perc has a white dot right behind its head on the right side. Sometimes it looks like its pops out a bit and like its a pimple or something, but other times it looks flat.

Hard to see, but I once had a Red Belly Piranha with something like that. When it popped it left a small hole. Kind of like HITH.

That is tough to tell, but it does look like it could be a parasite.
