Perc missing a piece

Ok so I just recently moved. So I had to take down all of my tanks and put them back up. During the process I had a lot of stuff consolidated into smaller tanks and separated with egg crate. One of the tanks that I was using to house fish during the process was a 90 gallon, with an egg crate divider in the middle. On one side was my undulated trigger and on the other side was my pair of true percs. Well to make a long story short the trigger tore the egg crate divider apart and bit a chunk out of my male perc.

Any thoughts on what I should do for treatment? He has been this way for two days now and is swimming, eating, and not showing any signs of stress at all.

The trigger had been moved into a 125 all by itself.

I had this happen with a stars and stripes puffer biting a chunk out of a maroon clown once. Best to leave the fish alone, keep water pristine, if you suspect infection then antibiotics will need to be used.

I would start adding vitamin supplements (Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) to his food to give the immune system a boost and accelerate the healing process. If this wound starts to look ugly, like it's getting infected, don't hesitate to use antibiotics. Most clowns can easily handle meds & their side effects.
