percs not eating

Just bought a pair of percs and they aren't eating anything I've given them. Only thing I haven't tried yet is cyclopeez and brine shrimp but I've heard that brine shrimp is like cotton candy and they may not eat anything else after that.
I called the lfs I purchased them from and said they were feeding them anything from prime reef to mysis and marine cuisine from the freezer. The way these two seem to act is that all they were fed was the brine shrimp. Granted I've had them only a few days now but I would think they'd be hungry by now and want to eat any of those items. they are about 1.5 inches long and are tank breed clowns. water quality is good 'cept nitrates at 25-30ppm for a 55.
Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a pair of maroons that wouldn't eat at all for over a week. I was concerned so I actually hatched out a batch of baby brine shrimp. I fed them all they could eat (this they ate with no problem) for two days. After that, they ate a few frozen brine a day and within a week, were eathing almost anything I put in the tank. Just took a while (and effort) to get them to eat at first. That was 6 months ago. Now they eat like any other clown.
