Juck is right...they are Ocellaris not Percula. Percs have more of a fatter dark bands around their white stripes. Yes 100 percent sure.

Actually it is not uncommon for perculas to have almost no black around their white. They just don't make it to the LFS very often because....well what would be the point?
I do agree with the other guys on the ocellaris ID though, with one question. Is the fish in the 2nd pic in one of the other pics as well?

It's impossible to tell the sex from those pictures,,, even if they are different sizes they could both be immature/undetermined juveniles.
