Percula clown lossing weight!

I have a pair of perculas in my 14g quarantine that have continued to get thinner over the 5 weeks I've had them, there spines have become more and more evident (worse in female). A few days after I got them they came down with brook, I treated with cupramine for 5 weeks (4 weeks with cupramine at .6 mg/L), they recovered just fine and I've done a 2 week treatment with prazipro (redosed every 5 days)to treat for any external parasites(none were ever seen,it was preventive). So my assumption is they have internal parasites,what should I do I have metro +,prazipro,and cupramine on hand?

This is the best I could get ... You get the point,she's thin and her spine is visible.
I forgot to post my params,amm 0,nitrite 0,nitrate <5,ph 8.1
I feed them 1-2 daily with either cyclopeeze,my diy food,hikari mysis,or pe mysis.
