My percula will not leave the back left corner of my tank. My concerns are that this is where my intake valve and thermometer are. I tried changing the water flow but still no luck. Is she there cause the water is slightly warmer? Should I move the thermometer? Any advice please... Thanks.

How long has it been doing this? It could be hosting the thermometer or intake. Some clown have been known to host powerheads.

My Clarkii sleeps in the back left croner. She has dug the sand out and lays on her side at night, but durring the day she is all over the tank.

the clown now only resides in the corner at night, but he won't go near the bottom of the tank or swim through my rockwork. anyone know why?

Some species of clownfish naturally swim at the top of the water during the day and sleep in a hosting site and some of them naturally swim in the rockwork. It all depends on the species of clownfish.
Maybe you might want to put your thermometer into your sump?

Clowns will host anything. Flowerpots, magfloats, all kinds of things. I've got a nice RBTA in my tank that's only been in my house for a couple of weeks and so far they haven't even looked at the RBTA twice, still hanging out and sleeping in their favorite spot in the back corner of the tank.

My perc does the same thing. The upper left corner is the favorite. I have return lines coming into the corners and keep the mag float in the left corner most of the time. I have found that if I move the Mag float to the right corner many times (not all) the perc follows.

I hoping the perc will host the H crispa instead

Its quite funny when they try to host a mag float and when you use it to clean the glass they follow it.
