Percula Pair: Mating or killing?

So I'd say 5 weeks ago now I added 2 False Perculas to the tank at the same time. They were the same size at the time. Right from the get go I could tell they were not in love with each other. One of the clowns got a kick out of chasing the other around the tank when it had the opportunity.
Those next 5 weeks the primary aggressor has grown to be about 1.5x the size of the victim clown. The chasings/beatings have increased and now I'm starting to get worried over the victim clownfish's health. So far, no physical signs of abuse but I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Sounds like the bigger has turned into a female correct?
What advice might be given? Anything I can do to give the smaller clown a fighting chance? I'd love to have a mated pair obviously but don't want to end up w/ a dead fish. Thanks

This is the process of them becoming a pair. I sounds like they will be fine. But the larger I assume has indeed turned into the female, and as of now, if they have not killed each other, I think you will be fine.

Good luck. Maybe some time in the next 18 months, you may run into a group of eggs;)

Hey you guys are right. Wasn't but a couple days later that the fighting has completely ceased. Thanks for the help.
