Hi I have a pair of young wc solomon islands percula. the female has been sickly since I got her and after months of on and off medical treatments and qt's I finally decided to replace her.
I set up a sweet 55gal that she now lives in and its verry nice. so please dont worry for her.
The male(Sid) who Is my favorite fish has remained in the DT he is about 2" long and is a great fish.
Today I recived a small like 3/4" only has 2 stripes picasso perc. after inspection and acclimation I added him to the DT. The lil fella was doing great, exploring and all.
Then he found Sid, he quickly swam over to Sid for a little comfort. Sid grabbed him by the tail and started shaken him. then chased him for awhile. I decided to put the new guy in a floating live breeder thing so Sid could see him but not get him. But Sid shure looks aggro.
any advice here? did I do something wrong?
