As entitled as you may be bluecarpet, don't forget that some people here are doing this hobby on an extremely limited budget. That means a lot of waiting to save to buy something, to set it up, hope they can pay the bills, eat, spend time with their family and manage to afford that bargain piece of coral all in the same month.
To me if it holds water and doesn't break into a million pieces after some moderate use, doesn't matter the brand or price, just have to find what works for you and your budget (I mean, once its filled with stuff you really don't look at the glass itself right?)
If you misuse a tank of any brand or happen to get the unfortunate lemon and it cracks or breaks, these things happen and I don't think it should be a deterrant to checking out a tank that may work for the buyer and their budget.
