Perpetually low PH

I have been contemplating doing something similar. I was thinking about using an in-line fan that would fit in a 3"-4" pvc pipe & then bubble it into my 55 g. refugium. I would then control the fan with an extra temperature monitor to prevent the water temperature from getting too low or too high. I would then control the fan with a rheostat switch for fine tuning. :)

And today after 12 hours of lights out on the main tank my PH is 8.03.

So approx. 60 hours of outside air in the skimmers input has rose the PH from 7.65 to 8.03, now I am curious to see what it goes up to 6 hours after the lights come on.
