Pest identification and treatment

I have spotted the flat arrow head looking flat bugs on the glass of my tank. I thought they were flat worm and treated with flat worm exit. Didn't work. any suggestions?

Yep those are they. i treated with Flat Worm Exit and didn't work

Pretty harmless unless they over populate and cover corals. They eat pods and detritus, mine disappeared shortly after I added the yellow wrasse but I never saw him eat any of them.
