Went in to pets paradise(not really a paradise IMHHO) in the willamsport area .... A few things caught my attention that concern me .
1 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
2 diseased salt water fish ....
3 we called to see if they had a fish in stock was told that they did , took the drive wasted the gas got there and the fat chick said haaa dont have it .... when the guy that was there could have been ask ....and saved me my drive...
4 They have a 4 inch yellow tang with 3 other fish in an 8 gallon bio cube , that was not cycled and admitted to us that they did not cycle it .... the tang was obviously stressed a good bit ...
5 incompatible salt fish housed together , fresh water had alot of deads in the tank...
6 the big tank will be forever empty ...
Since Mo is no longer there they have inadiquite staff with NO knowlege to salt water . Or pets in genral
7 NO corals and what they do get (if they do get will not be good show quaility ...)
8 attitudes to fit the no customer service.....
Stick with Bob at animal specs in basin street plaza at least he gets healthy stock in and takes care of it
9 all animals look ill and poor health ..... (or animals they have) and wont provide vet care ....
10 Family that was there told us that when they went in and ask for something to be ordered were told NO choose from what we have in stock or leave. They have very little selection ...as it is ....
With that aire of arrogance I will be there to toast to the success of failure that they are so quickly approaching!
I certianly will not go back , nor will our family . I can not in good concience recommed this dump ...This is my personal experience and it was HORRIABLE ... TO the owners I say close up now to prevent further embarrassment ....

Well it is sad to see that since Mo left the animals are now being tortured like that Tang. On the plus side, anyone interested in a 1200 gallon tank there might be one for sale soon. HeHe
