I was looking for the listing on CL for Hectors stuff and saw this "PET SHOP FOR SALE (4494 Pearl Rd. cleveland Ohio 44109)." $110,000 cash. Neptunes Corner?

Wow, and they haven't even been at it that long. (about a year)
What they did was buy the old one, and then move locations keeping the name.

Then the old one got renamed johns, and i think the old owner bought it back too.
