PFO Fixture

I ran across your 250watt 65K PFO fixture and have a few questions about it.

1.) How long of a tank does the reflector effectively illuminate? I have a 36" tank and I really don't really want to use 2 fixtures if possible.
2.) Is the ballast the HQI (M80)? (the same one used in Sanjay's tests on his website)
3.) Is the 65K bulb an Iwasaki?
4.) How easy is it for a technically challenged person to install?

Thanks.

You could get that reflector to cover a 36" tank. Typically every 24" is what you go by for a halide, however you can get one halide to cover 36".

The ballast included is a standard PFO magnetic probe start ballast. We can upgrade this to an HQI if you prefer that.

The bulb is an Iwasaki, however this can also be changed to whichever bulb you would want to run.

This kit is all plug and play. You will not have to do any wiring at all. The only thing you would need to do is to take four wood screws and mount the socket and reflector up to your canopy, screw in the bulb, and flip the switch.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Jeremy
