PFO....Perpendicular -or- Parallel ??

Every site has them listed as:
Perp.-40% more light than standard flat reflector
Paral.-25% more light than standard flat reflector

***BUT Sanjay's reflectors review study says the Parallel gives off 40% more and the Perp. 25% more.........WHICH is right?
....someone told me if you mount perp. you lose less light through front and back glass than with a parallel, but i don't understand that because my 120g. is 4'x2'x2', so there is 2' in every direction?

I'd go with the Parallel, I trust the colour graphs Sanjay produced they have room to mount supplimentary bulbs should you choose to do so!
