ph good or bad?

when I check my PH right after the lights come on it is 7.7 then after about two hours the PH goes to 8.0 for the rest of the time the lights are on, is this OK, or should I try to boost my PH. My Ca is 440, my Dkh is 9.

I'd say it's a tad on the low side. Try to determine the cause before making any changes. Here are some articles worth reading:
