PH Meter Question

Hi all,

I have an older kind of PH Meter that is still sold today. Im not sure if this is common but i constantly have to re calibrate using calibration solution. is this typical of all electronic PH meters? I feel that i am better off buying a salifert test kit and get the right results each time rather than not know if i need to recalibrate the ph meter yet again. any experience with the this type of ph meter an or can you recommend one that does not need to be calibrated each time.

Thanks
Jay

I did not look at the link, But I can tell you that all Lab grade pH meters require calibration. Either a two or three point calibration. They also test to see how the probe is degrading over time. For these reasons a multi point calibration leads to a very accurate reading.
