Ph probe experience

I just recently started using a Ph probe attached to a controller.

It's been nothing but a headache for me...

First I can't get the calibration right and when I start to think it's ok the readings go out of wack...

Now I can't get the probe to read at all while in the DT or refugium. It's reading 0 as soon as it touches my tank water. It reads when in the calibration solution. It reads when it's in a cup of tank water.
Soon as it touches tank water it's back to zero.

I have tested for stray current and I have no issues there. I have even tried unplugging everything and testing the probe, same results.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Faulty probe? Makes no sense to me.

Sounds like a faulty probe. Have you contacted manufacturer of probe?

That's exacrly same with my problem.
I've rectified it with rerouting the probe cable sagregating from AC cables and attaching ferrite cores on all related cables.

As far as I understad electrical noise interferes with the very low voltage signal from the probe.
The electrical noise has very low power. Accordingly it cannot be measured by a standard multimeter. It only can be measureed by a osciloscope or an electrical noise analyzer.
You'd rather consult with an electrical/electronic engineer who is specialized in troubkeshooting electrical noise problem.
