PH too high

I have not heard of any pH problems with RSS. So I don't think that is the problem. Did you ever have it tested at the LFS like suggested above?

They tested my water about 1 month ago and they got a reading of 8.6. I am borrowing my friends electronic ph tester to get an accurate reading tonight
