I have a small frag already and didnt realize these were on the side of this rock I just got.

They look just like the red ringed PHE, IMO the same thing. I have these and the red ring comes and goes in different conditions. Mine looked way different when they first came in. But now that that have been in my tank for a while they all look pretty close. But when they are deeper in the tank in not as bright light they lose the red ring and the ones in the brighter areas and in the frag tank all have the red rings.

First got them...

With red rings... I'll try to get a pic later of the ones without the red rings. (Same zoas). The only ones without the red ring are in the bottom of the display tank.

PHE are nice but nothing spectacular. I really don't know what the fuss is about these zoos.

Hey Coral Nutz, my other frag had red rings, but lost them and are just purple. They are at the top of the tank. LOL! Yours are very nice and look way better now than when you first got them. IMO.

I call those bullseyes, because I don't bother with zoa names really haha. I have 2 frags of them.. one mini colony. I like them... gold skirt and the purple with neon pink ring is a cool colour combo.

The true ones also have that ring so imo they are the same. I always thought they were over priced and over hyped by one person.
