Just thought I would post this here; Looks like there is a loooooong standing sale on the Phoenix 250w!

My buddy at work has been wanting to try these out - I will let him know that this month is a good time to buy them. Anyone have experience with these and Bluewave HQI ballasts? That is what he is running.
