Whats up everyone, it's been a while. Im getting a little frustated with the hair algae in the dt. So i was wondering if anyone was selling one or knows anyone selling a used one.my tank is a 180 mixed reef. Thx

I'd say find the source of the problem and erradicate it there.

Then again I took the vodka route and did it from there. Lol.

I had go scrub rocks a few times but in the end no algae. Haven't had algae for at least 6 months. It only grows in my refugium and that's probably because of the light I'm using.

water changes check the water? Feeding to much. use good salt. Ended my issues.

I too agree wit the fact, that you need to find the source of the problem. wether is your water source, over feeding and how much, type of lighting ect... I do owned a 180 mix and I could share some of my failures and my achivements. now I might have and extra reactor (used) that I can let go so send me a PM. with your# so we can talk about it.
