Phosban Reactor

I am looking to add a Phosban Reactor in my 20 gallon sump. I am interested in the 2 Little Fishies product. Couple of questions:

1. What size MJ pump? It needs 30 to 40 gph.

2. Can you run more than one type of media in one chamber? Add phosban and carborn or nitrate sponge seperated by the foam discs.

3. Can one pump run two reactors?

Thanks all.

i have 2 of mnie t ed off of my man plumbing, the reactors each have a ball valve to control the flow. i have seen pics of someone running 2 medias in one but i run diffrent kind of flows in each one so i dont see out that would work.

What is the proper amount of flow? 30-40 was recommended for phosban. What about carbon and nitrate sponge? Do the flow rates need to be different?

I looked at marine depot and they have the MJ 400 for $14 and the reactor for $33.50. Both seem like great prices. I am leaning towards 2 reactors.

Thank you for th responses.

Disco: The output of 1 reactor goes into the input of the 2nd reactor (connected by tubing)? The output of the 2nd then returns back to the sump? Makes sense to me.
