I see this in the Dr's F&S catalog and it's description sounds great and I'd like to try it to get rid of some cyano but want to make sure it doesn't have any nasty side effects and that it works to begin with.

Link? What is it supposed to do? Phosphate absorbion media? Is it aluminum or iron oxide?

i would stick with iron based media rowa, phosban, ect ect
