Hi all,
I have hooked up a phosoban reactor 150 with a Maxijet 900 and I was woundering how you can set it for the proper flow rate. When I dial it back with the ball valve should the phosoban be in a soft type of boil but not coming all the way to the top of the reactor?
Any advice is much appreciated

Sounds like you've got it dialed in correctly.... I've also got one but will be running it off a Fluval canister filter that I can adjust the flow-rate.. I've also got it running a UV.... The only issues that I can see that you might have is not having the input side filtered before you run it into the reactor... as you will have problems with it clogging up with junk from your tank.... You should have clean water flowing through it so that it only has to remove phosphates and nothing else....

Thanks Bob,
You have a good point with the filter issue. Do you think a sponge filter installed on the power head will be ok. The power head is located under my wet dry filter.

you can probably go with a smaller pump i've only got a microjet on there and it does fine i don't have to dial it done that much.

That should work for you......
