phosphate filter pre RODI

Is anybody using a phosphate filter before the RODI instalation?Phosphate filters are best deckalers filters and i think if used before the RODI then the water filtered by RODI will be free of hardness(calcium,magnesium) and therefore the RODI would have to work less.Im not sure about the phosphate filter leaching phospates though .It is recomended as a pre RO filter for hard water.

Somme use polyphosphates filter to reduce the algae in swimming pools because iron bonds to the phosphates (the reverse of phophates binding to GFO).Iron promotes algae growth so with less iron in the water there will be less algae.This makes me think there is no phosphates released into the water by the filter but i didnt tested myself.If you have a deskaling unit at home and you also make RODI water from the same instalation where the deskaling filter is ,let us know.If its a deskaling filter it cant be otther than a phosphate-polyphosphate filter(except thoose snake oil ,anti skale filters made of magnets).
