Phosphate reactor?

Any recommendations for a reactor and for media?

I have a 90g, 30g, and 40g sump all plumbed together.

Looking at

via-aqua 30/30 $80 including pumps and all hoses (pretty much plug'n play)

kent $40 plus pump and hoses
Two Little Fishes $40 plus pump and hoses

What about media?
