Let me begin by saying that i live in Korea. I have been in korea for over one year now. I have a fair amount of reefing experience while living in florida. Currently(in korea) i have a 12 gallon tank w a 70w DE halide bulb. The color of the bulb is 10000k. I have had the tank for about three weeks now. There are 5 species of coral in there. All are very healthy. i have a small brown and green algae problem. It is not serious. yet. I know that there is phosphorous in the water as well as other minerals. In korea there is not a single reef store that sells RO/Di water. I can speak enough Korea to ask if someone knows where i can buy this. All of the managers of the reef stores i have been in say it doesnt exist in korea(for sale by the gallon) I have managed to find a RO filter for sale, but it is 300 US dollars. That is the cheapest. Imported goods here encounter a huge tariff. Anyways what can i do in this situation? If i ran a 12 gallon refugium w it would that help? Oh buy the way you cannot by chaeto algae here,, agh...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

A refugium would help, most likely, if you could find a macroalga to grow in it. The RO unit would be nice to have, though. That's pretty expensive! Between a rock and a hard place!
