Yes I absolutely hate it. I had my hard drives setup on a redundant raid array just so things like that wouldn't happen. I'm not really sure how it happened but it did. Nothing I can do about it now. I have an external drive now and I also backup on blue ray too. I wish I had my other computer still. I had about 6k invested in it. Including a 30" samsung color correct monitor for photo editing (and gaming hehe). I lost everything but i'm over it and moving on.

Yeah I was so bummed out when it happen I tried to get it backed up by professionals after it crashed but it was not possible. That monitor must have helped a lot. The normal ones lie so much about the color!

It does quite a bit. I use to do high end AV install and I have a color wheel, lenses etc for optimizing video colors on tv and monitors so I can come pretty close but no monitor will ever match that monitor I had. Actually, I ended up selling the monitor for this hobby LOL. Well, that and my wife thought a play room for my son and daughter was more important than my "big boy" game room. She'll get hers one day, oh yes...she'll get hers.

Nice pics softie. I'm surprised more of our forum FRAG members haven't posted anything. I find it hard to believe that we are the only ones here with some photography experience.
