Photshop out grainyness

Since my cam dosent have the pertinent adjustments for tank photos I have to crank up the ISO, therefore making my photos grainy...

Is there any function in photoshop that sort of eliminates the grainyness??

It does have a filter named "Noise" but I found it pretty limited as far as control if it goes.
There are some noise reducing software available online, like noise ninja, etc. Do a Google search and you can find some, I;m sure.
I use Imagenomic software which I found to be pretty good.

go to the distort submenu, then diffuse i believe, there is a scale for graininess.
