Sorry guys I can reply just now because I've been on vacation and I had no internet connection there.
As mbbuna said is very hard to find in a big tank a flatworm like that,I check my tank also with lights off,but I never seen that flatworm before

Thanks ,I saw this clam grow well for 2 years,then the clam predator got it......I'm so sad about it

how long did you have it?

It was a Tridacna maxima
I had this clam since 2 years
