Phyto culture help

I've been reading many different posts...and was wondering what you all feel is the best way to culture phyto. Also, how is the best way to start ur culture? From someone else's existing culturing process, from scratch...

How many bottles do u usually make @ a time. I currently just receive one 5.5" deresa clam, and it is being housed in a 50 gallon tank (sps dominant). Calcium is high, and lighting is a 14k 250W DE MH.

I want this guy to grow and grow...and stay nice and healthy. Thanx in advance.

I started my cultre with the florida aquafarms kit and the cultra petre dishes..worked fine, at the moment Im just making two 2 litter bottles full...I only bowl feed my baby clams and sparenly feed the whole tank, although I do add more to my softy tank directly. It would be cheaper and quickerr to use a reef club buddys culture directly, but you will still need a source for the fertilizer I use the brand that I purchased from florida aquafarms, micro algae grow, but have heard that melvs uses miracule grow???? I will eventuly start culturing roterfers later this month, but at the moment im making much more than I need, i either have to give it away or trash it...but its way cheaper that buying dts
