Phyto

Been doing it for a while. It is a constant hassle with trying to keep it alive. I do Roti's too and it is not easy to keep up with keeping the roti's and phypo in sufficient quantities at the right time. I usually have too much phyto and no roti's or visa-versa.

Right now both are at a lull but I plan to move the phyto outside in 5 gallon water bottles when the temps warm up.

I like the idea of doing it outside.

Other than clams and feather dusters, what eats, phylo?

Really everything, it is the building blocks of the oceans and reefs, from the smallest pods to even Large whales eat plankton.

In our systems it does nearly everything good even if they dont eat it directly.
