Sometimes it doesn't have any bubbles, sometimes it looks like that, and sometimes it has two bubbles on each tentacle. On the right side you can see where there are two bubbles, one in the middle and one smaller one on the tip. Some times most of the tentacles have bubbled tips too.

I've never seen one like that. It is pretty cool. It has really nice color too.
