This may not be 100% accurate, just what I recall reading when I was doing some research in clown breeding (so take it with a grain of salt).
The problem with breeding actual Picasso or Snowflake clowns is the fact they're a genetic abnormality. Even if you have a breeding pair of those, their offspring isn't guaranteed to look like their parents. As mentioned, your best bet is to find someone who has them for sale, not necessarily is trying to breed the pair they already have. Most of your "pairs" that you see sold are not truly a pair. They're just young specimens from the same batch about the same age and haven't completely come into their rolls yet. That also isn't necessarily good for future breeding if that's what you're interested in. In short, just see if you can find someone who has two young ones, and they will likely pair themselves up in the near future.
