piccasso sudden death

just lost my 4 inch piccasso only had it a week .store said his fish are mac certified .fish constantly hid would not eat no signs of disease in a tank with yellow tang ,marron clown parameters are fine acclimated fine could it be possible just one of those fish that wont adjust to tank life or????????

wow.. sorry to hear that.. they are usually very hardy... surely cant have been well to start? was it eating? usually at start will hide face down in shells/ holes etc but a tough fish.. cant understand that...

sorry for your loss, wild caught sometimes just dont make it,btw whats mac certified?

You say that the fish did not eat - did you see it eat at the LFS?

mac certified i forget the exact meaning but i know they are all net caught and very carefull with acclimation and quarantine for 2 weeks fish did not eat at lfs i brought home same day it came in i also had many triggers years back and never encountered this
