Picking a spot to live

I purchases my first anemone today,green BTA, should I let it pick its own home or give it a "recomendation" of where I think it should live?

Put it where you would like to have it. If it likes your choice, it'll stay. If not, it'll move.

Yeah, you don't want it to dissapear into the rock work, in a corner, or dangerously near to corals it may sting if it gets bigger. Where ever you want it to live, make sure it has a good whole where it can keep its base foot out of sight, if its in the open it will move most likely

wellat this point it found a spot upsidedown, hopefully it moves towardthe light in the morning when they come back on.

Moving a newly acclimated anemone will cause more stress. I suggest leaving it alone. It will go where it wants.

I like to biuld a spot for it. what ever rock its on, it'll probley need to get off that, but if you set that rock in front of a lil structure you biulod with holes about the size of you thumb, it may crawl off its own rock then just stick its foot right in one of the holes. thats worked well for me.

I spent my afternoon changing everything around because it found a rock inside a cave I had made with just the right sized hole. Now we are both happy!!!! and it even ate.
