I have a 210, it is similar to your tank in that it is 5 feet long, only my tank is 30 deep and 20 high. You may want to consider just the one tang. I don't know that my tank could support two, and its substantially larger. I would avoid the blue (regal) tang. They tend to get ich as mentioned above, and in a tank that isn't large enough, your problems will be compounded.
If you are looking for color and activity, and are new to reef keeping, consider
ORA assessor basslets. I have ten, 8 gold, and
2 randalli. They can be kept in groups, and are aquacultured so are more hardy.
Another fish to consider for lots of swimming out in the open is firefish. We have a pair. I also love wrasses.
I have a dwarf angel in our tank, it is a flame-rusty hybrid called a false shephardi. Dwarf angels are hit or miss with eating coral, but a dwarf angel might be something to consider before the indian yellow tail (cream) angel. I know a couple of people who have kept them, and none of them have been reef safe.
