Good morning from Washington! Althought i have had saltwater aquariums in the past never one this small 5 Gal National Geographic waterfall tank with the filter removed and an Aquaclear, to be referred to as AC for the remainder of this post, 70 in it place running at low flow approx 150gph.
the AC 70 has been modified into a refugium

Heater: 10w adjustable temp
Rock: 8lbs more to come final will be 10lbs
Sand: 2in
red dragon macro algea,calurpa
Testing out at: 0ppm nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, 8.2 hardness
Coral: Green Star Polyp
so my quetion(s) is(are) this:
is my tank adequate for sps corals, if so what kind? What small reef safe inverts are recommended? do i need to change/add anything? Any other helpful tips or advice?
