BTW I don't have the lens I need on the camera yet so sorry I couldn't get in closer. This was as close as I could get and atill focus. I am shopping for a lens now so I can get the real close shots you guys get. Any suggestions? I am shooting with a Nikon D 50 with an 18- 55 mm lens now.Thanks, Scott

Scott, I got the exact same zoas as in your first picture about 2 weeks ago. Brought them home, dipped them and they opened up beautifully. A week later they slowly started closing, no sign of predator or fungus. I dipped them again tonight, we'll see if they make it. How long have you had yours?

I highly recommend a 105 micro or a 60 micro for a Nikon D50.

Hey Speck. I have had those now for about 3 months. I got theme from Sam at Marine flora. They have always done well. I don't know if you can see the few at the back of the rock. They are actually a blue Zoa and they rarely open and when they do it is usually only for a few hours a day. Strange!
