It's a start, man. I'd lose the ornaments, you'll have plenty to look at in there soon enough, and they usually just get coated with algae anyway. So far, so good.
 
looks good ... if you get some slab-ish pieces, you could arrange some of what you currently have as a base and top it with a slab to make a cave feature ... just a thought ... but deep, dark caves most resemble my brain, anyhow ....
 
Brings back memories of when I first started putting together my aquarium. :-)

I would pull that power head up a bit and is it attached with suction cups? If so they will fail on you eventually. Look at using some kind of clip from the top, or make sure to tie the cord so it can't fall any lower.(did we talk about this in the other thread, or was that another one I read?)

Nice start emonemo. Losing the ornaments is a good idea because as was stated they become algae magnets. Another 15-20 lbs of some good established LR will set you up perfectly. From there grab a few mushrooms and maybe some rics or something to get your color base going.
